1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://capitalwork.me and any digital products purchased through it (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Capital Works For Me (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Capital Works For Me, based in Delhi, India.

By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase from this website. By completing a purchase you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before purchasing.

3. Products

We sell digital products (eBooks and accompanying resource files) delivered as PDF files by email. No physical goods are shipped. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Product descriptions, features, and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product at the stated price. An order is accepted, and a binding contract formed, when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email with your download link.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (or such other payment provider we use from time to time). We do not store your card or banking credentials on our servers. All transactions are subject to the payment provider's own terms.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, in which case any payment taken will be fully refunded.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, a download link is sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, or spam filters. If you have not received your product within 24 hours of payment, contact us at info@capitalwork.me with your order reference.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered to your email address.

The only exception is where you have paid successfully but have not received the product by email within 24 hours despite providing a correct email address. In that case, contact us at info@capitalwork.me and we will either re-send the product or issue a full refund at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds on the basis that you changed your mind, did not read the product description before purchasing, or did not achieve the results described. The value of the product lies in the knowledge and frameworks it contains, which cannot be returned once accessed.

7. Intellectual Property and Licence

All content within our products — including text, structure, frameworks, checklists, and templates — is the intellectual property of Capital Works For Me and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Upon purchase you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product with any third party
• Copy or reproduce the content in whole or in part for commercial purposes
• Upload the product to any public file-sharing platform
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

Unauthorised use or distribution may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in them constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind.

We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the use of our products will result in any particular financial outcome, income level, or business result. Results depend entirely on individual circumstances, skills, effort, market conditions, and execution — factors outside our control.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Works For Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Our website and delivery process rely on third-party services including our payment provider, email delivery provider, and analytics tools. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct or practices of any third party.
