This Privacy Policy explains how Capital Works For Me, trading as Capital Works For Me (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when using the website at https://capitalwork.me or purchasing our digital products.

We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your order and provide support.

  • At checkout: your full name, email address, and optionally your phone number.
  • Payment reference: a transaction or order ID provided by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or net banking credentials.
  • Usage data: standard technical information such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location (country/city level), collected automatically via analytics tools described in Section 5.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To process your payment and verify the transaction
  • To deliver your purchased digital product to the email address you provided
  • To send transactional emails related to your order (confirmation, delivery)

Payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). When you pay, your card or banking details are transmitted directly to Razorpay over a secure connection and are subject to their privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards. We receive only a payment confirmation reference and never store sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

5. Analytics and Tracking

We use the following analytics tools to understand website traffic and improve our products. These tools may collect usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location.

  • Google Analytics — measures site traffic and user behaviour. Data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with their privacy policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Meta Pixel (where configured) — measures the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with their data policy. You can manage your ad preferences via Meta's Ad Preferences.

We also use browser localStorage to remember your offer preference (e.g. whether you have dismissed the announcement banner). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes. We share your data only where necessary:

  • Payment processor (Razorpay): to process your transaction securely.
  • Email delivery provider: to send your product and transactional emails (e.g. Resend, SendGrid, or Amazon SES, depending on current configuration).
  • Analytics providers: Google and Meta, as described in Section 5, which may process data outside India.
  • Legal obligation: if required by a court order, regulatory authority, or applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your order information (name, email, payment reference, and order status) for as long as is necessary to fulfil our legal, tax, and accounting obligations — typically up to 7 years in India under applicable record-keeping requirements. After that period, data is deleted or anonymised.

Analytics data is retained in accordance with the respective providers' default retention periods.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our site uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Sensitive payment data is never stored on our servers.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it
